I’m co-host on a podcast series called The Prod Cast where myself and Tom Hazeldine (VP Product Management) discuss the intersection between product design and product management.
There are loads of product management or product design podcasts, but creating stellar product experiences is a team sport and shouldn’t be discussed in isolation.
So we launched our own podcast series, discussing specifically that: how do you get the best out of your teams when they collaborate effectively?
